Q: Why aren’t you open on Sundays?

Work hard play hard! Monday through Saturday we work hard for you,
and Sunday we play hard at the game of life!
Q: It has been 9 month since I had my carpet installed, and now the carpet has
buckled… What can I do?
Just call us! You are backed 1 full year on workmanship! If
anything happens to your flooring, we’ll take care of it! Just save your receipt and when you
call us, give us the invoice number and we’ll take it from there.
Q: So what if I come in today, when will I be able to get my flooring?

The entire process, from the day you decide to choose us as your
flooring specialist, to the end of the installation, typically takes 10 to 14 days. Due to certain
circumstances, usually availability of special order products, this time frame can increase. We’ll be
able to tell you exactly when will have everything done when you come in.
Q: Other stores promise next-day installation? Why don’t you?

We refuse to compromise quality for time. The products that others
install the next day are usually discontinued items which they bought a lot of. Furthermore, 9 out of 10 times,
they won’t have the specific color or style of flooring you want.. We don’t feel waiting 10 days
for the exact flooring of your dreams is unreasonable.
Q: I have an estimate from a contractor who installed my neighbor’s friend’s
son’s girlfriend’s mom’s house, and it’s cheaper than your price. What do you think?
We respect your decision to hire a local contractor to do your job.

We have a history and it is documented so there are never surprises. Next, make sure you know what product they
are installing and where they get it from. Nowadays, just like any other consumer products, imitations
exist. Guarantee that you are receiving genuine products. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
